To assist with this please take the time to read through our terms and conditions.
When you make a booking with us you are entering into an agreement with us to abide by these terms and conditions.
In these terms and conditions You and Your means all persons named on the booking including anyone added or substituted at a later date.

Important information
We welcome children over 10 yrs. We cannot accommodate younger children.
​Sorry we cannot accommodate pets.

Arrival & Departure
Check In - Is available from 3pm until 7.30pm. Arrival outside of these times must be confirmed with us prior to arrival.
Check Out -The room must be vacated by 10.30am on the morning of departure, unless a late check-out has been requested.
car parking
There is a car park to the rear of the building for guest parking. Cars parked here are at guests own risk. There is also street parking available.
conditions of stay
We want to make staying at Craigbuie safe and enjoyable for everyone. In that interest we reserve the right to immediately terminate, without refund or compensation, the booking of guests who are behaving in an unacceptable or dangerous manner or causing nuisance or disturbance to other guests. In these circumstances any outstanding payment must be settled.
Damage and breakages
It has taken a lot of hard work to renovate this property so please take care of it when you stay. You are responsible and liable for any damages or breakages to the property or its contents which you cause during your stay. Please report these as soon as they occur, especially if you accidentally spill something - it is much easier to clean up if we can respond quickly.
Normally we will not charge for breakages, but if the damage is significant we reserve the right to charge for repair or making good.
Missing items
Your rooms is checked before and after your stay. Missing items will be considered to be bought and you will be charged for them.
keys
Your keys, given to you at check-in, are your responsibility until check-out. Lost keys will be charged for at £50 for replacement.
Children
Due to our alcohol licence and the nature of the building we can only accommodate children over the age of 10.
Pets
Sorry, we do not accept pets at this time.
SMOKING
Please note that smoking, including the use of E-cigarettes, is not permitted in any area of the building.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for loss, damage or injury to any member of your party or any property or vehicles brought by you, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel their booking without charge up to 14 days prior to arrival,( and be given a refund ) after which full payment will be charged.
Payment
For online bookings payment of 50% of the total amount is payable at the time of booking the remainder of the balance must be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
For guests booking by phone with a credit/debit card 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the remainder will be taken 14 days prior to arrival. If there is less than 14 days before arrival the full amount will be due at time of booking.
